This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to post the petitioner as per his merit position and as per his priority i.e. in Panchayat Samiti, Bhadra and/or to consider the representation of the petitioner and post him as per his priority. 2. The appointments having taken place in the year 2012-13, the present writ petition based on posting granted to certain candidates on account of revision of the merit list in the year 2017 cannot be entertained for seeking change in the place of posting. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation. 4. If the petitioner feels advised, he can make a representation ventilating his grievance and/or seeking the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition. 5. It is expected of the respondents to deal with the said representation made by the petitioner appropriately. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
