ORDER : ARUN BHANSALI, J. The review petition is barred by 1290 days i.e. the same has been filed almost after four years of passing of the order seeking review. 2. In the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, it is, inter alia, indicated that though pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner in the writ petition, did not allege any disobedience, the respondents while regular inspection of all the records went through the decision and it came to their knowledge that the order passed requires review and, therefore, the review has been filed alongwith the application seeking condonation of delay. 3. The conduct of the respondents in seeking review of the order after four years without their being any cause for seeking such review and that also in a case, where there is no allegations of any non-compliance, is surprising. 4. In any case, the reasons indicated for delay in filing the review petition are baseless and cannot be a ground for seeking condonation of delay. 5. Consequently, the application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review petition is rejected. 6. The review petition is also rejected.
