JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their case is covered by the judgment of a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Neelam Rani v. The State of Haryana and others (CWP no.11254 of 2010 on 15.05.2013), a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-6 with the petition. 2. This Court already having disposed of a large number of writ petitions yesterday pertaining to the same issue, after awaiting any fresh arguments by the State for a sufficiently long time, the Supreme Court having left the question of law open, but no such arguments having been raised by the State, this petition is therefore allowed in the same terms as Neelam Ranis' case, with the respondents directed to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgment and to pass a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. However, arrears to be paid to the petitioners shall be restricted to a period of 3 years and 2 months prior to the date of demand notice sent by the petitioners, i.e. 09.09.2017 (Annexure P-8).
