ORDER : Arun Bhansali, J. Mr. Pradhuman Singh, Dy. G.C has already put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1. Service is, therefore, complete. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the orders dated 26.10.2015/04.03.2016 passed by the Project Officer, Tribal Area Development Department, Dungarpur, wherein it has been directed that as the work of the petitioner was not satisfactory, he was relieved from his post and was directed to report to his parent Department i.e. District Education Officer (Primary Education), Udaipur. 3. It is submitted by counsel for the respondent that the petitioner was appointed on deputation in Tribal Area Development Department on 29.2.2015 for a period of one year and as the said period even otherwise has come to an end, the plea raised by the petitioner questioning power of the Project Officer to send back the petitioner to his parent Department has been rendered meaningless. 4. In view of the above state of affairs, wherein period of deputation of the petitioner with the Tribal Area Development Department has already come to an end and the counsel for the respondent has indicated that the observations made in the order while relieving the petitioner would have not effect, no case for interference is made out in the present writ petition, the same is therefore dismissed.
