JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. As noticed in the order dated 2.11.2017, learned State counsel was to take instructions as to whether the order of this Court dated 14.9.2017, passed in CWP No.18921 of 2017, has been appealed against, with any 'stay order' passed by the Division Bench Mr.Doon submits that as per his instructions, no such stay order has been passed, and in fact, even no LPA has been filed so far. 2. Consequently, as the prayer of the petitioner is that his marks be calculated after adding the marks available to him for the experience that he gained prior to the cut off date in the application, in terms of the criteria fixed by the respondent Commission, this petition is allowed in the same terms as CWP No.18921 of 2017, with the respondent Commission directed to now calculate the petitioners' marks by adding the marks for experience gained by the petitioner, in terms of the criteria fixed by the Commission; and if the petitioner then obtains more marks than the last candidate called for an interview in his category, he shall also be called for an interview in the selection process for appointment to posts of Shift Attendants. 3. The said direction be carried out within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
