JUDGMENT & ORDER : VIJAY BISHNOI, J. 1. After attempting to argue the matter on merit for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation before the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation, Udaipur, detailing out their objections regarding the conversion order as well as construction permission issued in favour of the respondent No. 3 for plot No. 22 of Kothi Bagh, Bhattji Ki Badi, Udaipur. 2. It is also prayed that the respondent No. 2-Municipal Corporation, Udaipur be directed to decide the said representation within stipulated time and the respondent No. 3 be directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today, till the said representation is decided. 3. Learned counsels appearing for the respondent No. 1-State, respondent No. 2-Municipal Corporation and respondent No. 3 have no objection if such liberty is granted to the petitioners. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate representation before the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation, Udaipur, detailing out their objections with regard to the conversion and construction permission granted by it in respect of plot No. 22 of Kothi Bagh, Bhattji Ki Badi, Udaipur. 5. The petitioners are directed to file their representation by 15th December, 2017 before the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation, Udaipur. The Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation, Udaipur is directed to decide the said representation by 22nd December, 2017 positively, strictly in accordance with law. 6. Needless to say that, while deciding the representation, if any, filed by the petitioners, the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation, Udaipur shall provide reasonable opportunity of hearing to the respondent No. 3. Till 22nd December, 2017 the parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today, in respect of the plot No. 22 of Kothi Bagh, Bhattji Ki Badi, Udaipur.
