ORDER : ARUN BHANSALI, J. 1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 04.06.2016 passed by the respondents, whereby, the petitioner has been posted at a particular School indicated in the order. 2. After the order of posting, the petitioner made representations for being posted at School where the post was still vacant. However, the respondents did not pass any order on the said representations. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation and the respondents may be directed to decide the said representation expeditiously. 4. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner may approach the respondents with appropriate representation mentioning all the facts & raising his grievances and it is expected from the respondents to decide the representation most expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date the representation is made along with copy of this order. 5. In case the petitioner has any grievance qua the disposal of the representation, he would be free to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
