ORDER : MANOJ KUMAR GARG, J. 1. The instant parole petition has been filed by the petitioner-life convict Subhash Meena through the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner in which it has been prayed that the petitioner-life convict applied for parole of 20 day before the District Magistrate, Jhunjhunu but the District Magistrate, Jhunjhunu rejected the prayer of the petitioner-life convict for 20 days parole without any just and valid reason. It is therefore prayed that parole for 20 days may be granted to the petitioner convict. 2. Reply to the petition has been filed on behalf of the respondents-State. 3. After perusing the reply filed by the respondents-State, it is revealed that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of parole for 20 days was rejected only on the ground of apprehension that he could disturb the peace of the area concerned. In our opinion, the said reason for denial of parole is not in accordance with rules. 4. Consequently, the instant parole petition is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner-convict Subhash Meena S/o Sugnaram may be released on parole of 20 days upon furnishing his personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- along with two surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail authorities. The petitioner convict is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities after completion of 20 days from his release.
