ORDER : PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI, J. 1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with following prayers: “(a) by an appropriate writ order or direction, the order impugned dated 7.09.2017 (Annexure.9) passed by the respondents may kindly be declared illegal and quashed and set aside qua the petitioner. (b) by an appropriate writ order or direction, the petitioner may be permitted to discharge his duties as per his appointment order dated 31.05.2017, as Assistant Professor at Government Medical College, Pali, and the respondents may kindly be restrained from revising the place of posting. (c) any other appropriate order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case may kindly also be passed in favour of the humble petitioner.” 2. On a Bare perusal of the documents annexed along with reply, it is clear that the respondents have withdrawn the orders impugned. 3. In light of the order dated 4.10.2017, nothing needs to be done in this writ petition. Hence, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. It is needless to say that the order of withdrawal annexed with reply shall be complied with by the respondents.
