Anita Devi v. State of Haryana

2017-11-14

AMOL RATTAN SINGH

body2017
JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner today has produced in Court what is stated to be the original certificate issued by the Haryana Nurses Registration Council, dated 9.2.2017, giving therein the detailed marks obtained by the petitioner in the final examination for the General Nursing and Midwifery Course held in the year 2016. 2. His contention therefore is that since the examination was passed in November, 2016, it was before the cut off date prescribed in the corrigendum issued on 25.10.2016 (to the original advertisement no.1 of 2015, dated 19.6.2015), the last date being, as per the corrigendum, 15/19.11.2016. 3. Having considered the aforesaid contention, the examination having taken place in the month of November, 2016, it does not mean that the petitioner passed the examination prior to the cut off date, with even the statement of marks being declared on 9.2.2017. 4. There is no document, either placed on record or produced in Court, showing that the declaration of the result of the examination was prior to the cut off date. 5. Consequently, finding no merit in this petition, it is dismissed in limine.
