JUDGMENT S. N. PRASAD, J. - In this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the notice issued under section 13(12) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002. 2. The petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that he may be allowed to pursue the matter before the Bank. Learned counsel for the Bank has not objected to such prayer of the petitioner. 3. In that view of the matter and without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Bank, if he so advised. 4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Petition disposed of.
