JUDGMENT : ALOK SHARMA, J. 1. Ms. Charu Jain appearing for Mr. JM Saxena, AAG concedes that the legal issue agitated in this petition is on principle covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Manju Yadav v. State of Rajasthan-S.B Civil Writ Petition No. 3968/2017 and other connected matters disposed of under judgment dated 29.11.2017 In the circumstances, she has no objection if the present petition is disposed of directing that on the legal principle, the case of the petitioner would be covered by the judgment of this court in Manju Yadav's case aforesaid. She, however, emphatically submitted that it be made clear that the competent authority would be free to conduct the requisite inquiry in terms of the procedure set out in the aforesaid judgment before issue or denial of OBC certificate to the petitioner as claimed. 2. Resultantly, the present writ petition, on the legal issue agitated, is disposed of in terms of the directions/observations of this Court in the case of Manju Yadav (supra). However, it is made clear that the issue of OBC certificate to the petitioner will be dependent on the requisite inquiry being made specifically to the petitioner's case in terms of the procedure set out in terms of the judgment in Manju Yadav's case, aforesaid. Requisite verification for granting/denying OBC status to petitioner be done within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order to the competent authority duly supported by an appropriate application with requisite details for grant of OBC Certificate. 3. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
