JUDGMENT : 1. Petitioner in the instant petition, inter alia seeks Writ of Certiorari thereby quashing merit list for recruitment of Constables (GD) in CAPFs, NIA and SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Exam, 2015 dated 02.02.2017 issued by Staff Selection Commission. He further seeks a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to constitute a Medical Board for re-examination of the petitioner under rules and guidelines on the grounds set out in the petition. 2. Ms. Sindhu Sharma, learned ASGI appearing for the respondents placed on record revised result issued on 31.05.2017 and the same is taken on record. Perusal whereof reveals that name of the petitioner has been shown at S. No. 2 in the revised result. 3. At this stage, in view of the revised list. Ms. Sindhu Sharma, learned ASGI submits that respondents shall issue an appropriate appointment orders in terms of merit/selection list issued by the competent authority within a period of one month to which other side is not averse. 4. In view of statement so made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue formal/appointment orders in favour of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of copy of this order is made available to them. 5. Disposed of as above along with connected MPs. SWP No. 2692/2016 In view of the disposal of writ petition SWP No. 295/2017, this petition shall also stand disposed of on the same lines as has been passed in SWP No. 295/2017.
