JUDGMENT : 1. Petitioner in pursuance to notification No. 06 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 under Item No. 570 applied for the posts of Junior Assistant, District Cadre, Poonch and the candidates for participating in the selection process for the same. 2. Respondents under Annexure-C of the candidates for the post of Junior Assistant, District Cadre, Poonch, (Power Development Department), wherein the petitioner has been shown as selected under RBA category. However, in the selection list, remarks column reported that recommendation withheld and is subject to production of bona-fide/validity of Graduation. 3. It is averred that the petitioner accordingly submitted the certificate issued by the concerned University wherein he has shown Passed B.A examination under roll No. 0612572 as private student. 4. Despite production of certificates showing validity of Graduation of petitioner, respondents have not issued the appointment letter till today. 5. Petitioner in the present writ petition is seeking direction to the respondents to issue appointment order in his favour in terms of his selection under RBA category in the selection list (Annexure-D). 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied, if writ petition is disposed of. His statement is taken on record. 7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the certificate contended to be filed by the petitioner, whereby certificate issued by the concerned University regarding bona-fide/validity of Graduation. 8. Let the respondents be considered the process by issuing the appointment order, if there is no legal impediment within four weeks’, a certified copy of this order along with complete set of writ petition and certified copy of order/judgment passed in aforementioned writ petition, is made available to them. 9. Disposed of as above along with connected MPs.
