It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner that the 1st Respondent has passed orders in the subject matter in issue and as such, the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23440 of 2014 dated 09.02.2015 have been complied with. 2. In view of the fact that the order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in W.P.No.23440 of 2014 has since been complied with by the 1st Respondent and also this Court, taking note of the fact that the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect, closes the Contempt Petition.
