JUDGMENT : 1. The case set up by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had applied for the regularization of possession on the land measuring 19 kanals and 8 marlas situated at Khasra No. 1773/1587/118 in Village Malhar, Tehsil Lohai Malhar, District Kathua. It is state that the respondents are trying to dispossessed the petitioner from the possession of the said land without adopting due course of law. 2. Issue notice, waived by Mr. Ehsan Mirza, learned Dy. AG. 3. With the consensus of the learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case the official respondents desire to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question, the same be done after adopting due process of law. 4. It is made clear that nothing is determined in favour of the petitioner towards his right of regularization under the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir State Lands (Vesting of Ownership to Occupants) Act, 2001. 5. Disposed of accordingly.
