JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case writ petition in hand is disposed of with a direction to respondents to conduct inquiry with regard to dispute in question to which course other side has no objection. 2. Their statements are taken on record. 3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2, i.e., District Magistrate, Anantnag to enquire into the dispute with regard to land/property of petitioner measuring 5 Kanals, 10 Marlas bearing Survey No. 407 situated at Mouza Ranipora, Tehsil Shangus, District Anantnag in accordance with Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Immovable Property (Preservation, Protection and Restraint on Distress Sales) Act, 1997 by providing opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Respondent No. 2 shall complete this exercise within a period of three months and pass consideration order thereon, under rules, from the date certified copy of this order along with complete set of writ petition is made available to him. 4. Disposed of along with connected MPs.
