JUDGMENT Chandrashekhar, J. Claiming payment of honorarium for the period between October, 2006 to December, 2006, which during the course of hearing, Mr. K. K. Ojha, the learned counsel modified to the extent for the period between October, 2006 to September, 2007, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for payment of the arrears of honorarium. 2. Heard. 3. Claim of the petitioner is resisted by the respondents by filing a counter affidavit in which details of payment of honorarium to the petitioner have been disclosed. A specific stand has been taken by the respondents that after September, 2006, the petitioner did not work. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that from some of the documents it can be assumed that the petitioner continued to work till September, 2007. 4. In view of the stand taken by the respondent State resisting the claim for payment of honorarium from October, 2006 on the ground that the petitioner did not work after September, 2006, the dispute now turns out a disputed question of fact and accordingly, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
