JUDGMENT : HEMANT GUPTA, J. 1. None was present for the petitioners on 10.01.2017 when, the case was adjourned for today. Even today, none is present for the petitioners. 2. The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for directing the respondents to cause stoppages of Express Train at Jogiyara Railway Station. 3. We find that the decision as to on which station the train should stop is a decision taken by the experts keeping in view the time limit to complete the journey and the nature of the train. There cannot be any intervention on the part of the Court to direct stoppage of the trains at a particular station. Dismissed.
