JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel states that the application form of the petitioners which was required to be routed to the office of the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department has not been so far forwarded to the Principal, Government Medical College, Jammu for reasons best known to the respondents. It is stated that interview for the post of Registrar is scheduled to be held on 24.07.2017 and the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and prejudice in case they are not allowed to appear for the interview. 2. Learned counsel has produced a copy of order dated 11.07.2017 passed by this Court in SWP No.1679/2017 in respect of identical matter and prays for similar dispensation. 3. Notice in the main petition as well as MP. 4. List after service alongwith SWP No.1679/2017. 5. In the meantime, subject to objections by the other side and till the next date before the Bench, it is ordered that Principal, Government Medical College, Jammu shall permit the petitioners to be interviewed for the post of Registrar in their respective discipline notwithstanding the fact that the administrative department concerned has not formally forwarded the application form of the petitioners to the Principal, Government Medical College, Jammu. However, result of the petitioners shall not be declared without orders from this Court.
