JUDGMENT : 1. Grievance of the petitioner is that Darbar Move T.A from Srinagar to Jammu has not been released to him despite similarly situated employees namely Ravinder Kumar Pandita and Hanish Kumar having been released the same and despite the petitioner having given representation Annexure C dated 05-04-2017 and Legal Notice Annexure-D dated 18.04.2017. Learned counsel states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.02 to consider and decide the representation Annexure C and legal notice Annexure D in accordance with rules and regulations applicable and to make the payment of Darbar Move Allowance to the petitioner to which he is entitled to as per rules. 2. Notice of motion to respondent No.2 only. Mr. Ravinder Gupta learned AAG accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioner. 3. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing respondent No.02 to consider and decide the representation Annexure C and legal notice Annexure D in accordance with rules and regulations applicable within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation Annexure C and Legal Notice Annexure D. In case, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to release of Darbar Move T.A i.e. Rs.15000/- (or other amount as per rules) from Srinagar to Jammu for the year 2016, the same be released to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible thereafter. 4. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of.
