ORDER : 1. Learned counsel contends that revision was filed by father of respondent Nos.3 to 6 against the order of Tehsildar (Assistant Custodian), Akhnoor) dated 27.08.1990 before the Custodian Evacuee Property, Jammu which was dismissed and the order passed by the (Assistant Custodian), Akhnoor was upheld, whereafter the father of respondent Nos.3 to 6 filed 2nd revision before the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu i.e. Deputy Custodian General, which was not maintainable in view of the fact that no 2nd revision lies against the order of Assistant Custodian in view of the fact that initially the father of respondent Nos.3 to 6 had filed a revision petition in terms of Section 30 (4) of the Evacuee and Administration of Property Act, Svt. 2006 and that there is no provision wherein 2nd revision is maintainable against the order of Custodian General. 2. Notice of motion for final disposal for the 2nd week of September, 2017. 3. In the meantime, till the next date before the Bench and subject to objections by the other side, status quo as on date shall be maintained.
