1. At this stage, Mr. H.A.Siddiqui, Sr. AAG waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that besides official respondents, respondent No.7 is the only contesting respondent. 3. Issue notice to respondent No.7, returnable within four weeks. Dasti service is also permitted. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that respondent No.7 was not the owner of the land in question, however, without impleading the appellants herein, respondent No.7 has filed the writ petition in which a direction has been issued to provide him the employment within a period of eight weeks. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, it is directed that till next date of hearing, let letter of appointment shall not be issued in favour of respondent No.7.
