ORDER : Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through this transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M.A. No. A-43 of 2015 titled as "Rohit Mahinder Singh Vs. Mahima Rohit Singh" from the Family Court, Thane, Maharashtra to the Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 3. We order accordingly. 4. The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.
