ORDER : We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. 2. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the execution application filed by the petitioners for execution of the order passed by this Court be dealt with by the High Court on the Judicial Side and decided expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within three months. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal is dismissed. 4. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. S.L.P. dismissed.
