JUDGMENT : M.S. RAMESH, J. 1. This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to C.C. No. 2633 of 2017 in Crime No. 1423 of 2017, on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and quash the same. 2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed an affidavit, dated 07.11.2017, before this Court. 3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The learned counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the Aadhar Card in respect of the parties viz. K. Balasubramaniam [Aadhar Card No. 3890 9616 6653], Vanathi [Aadhar Card No. 5584 4392 5105] and B. Prashaanth [Aadhar Card No. 7140 8063 7013] and K.N. Sankaranarayanan [Aadhar Card No. 3385 9993 5418] and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded. 4. An affidavit, dated 07.11.2017 has been filed by the defacto complainant as well as the petitioners to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 5. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in C.C. No. 2633 of 2017 on the file of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet is hereby quashed. 6. An Affidavit, dated 07.11.2017 filed by the defacto complainant/K.N. Sankaranarayanan, is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.Q
