JUDGMENT : 1. At the very outset, learned Dy.AG has taken up a preliminary objection of the writ petition involving disputed questions of fact. 2. Faced with the aforementioned situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with a further prayer that directions be issued to the Assistant Commissioner Development, Doda to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner on the basis of record and such enquiry as may be required to be conducted in the matter. The same is not opposed to by Mr. Ashish Singh Kotwal learned Dy.AG. 3. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. In view thereof, writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach Assistant Commissioner Development, Doda. Needless to mention, on the petitioner approaching the Assistant Commissioner Development, Doda along with certified copy of this order, the Assistant Commissioner Development Doda would take decision in respect of the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
