JUDGMENT : 1. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for respective parties that since the respondents herein are challenging the subsequent order passed by the official respondents in W.P.No.26629 of 2017 and the same is pending before this Court for disposal, the writ petition may be closed. 2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court. No costs.
