JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG has produced government order No.368-Edu of 2017 dated 29.06.2017 and copy of communication No. Edu/Legal/71/2015-A dated 07.07.2017. Copy of the aforesaid order/communication is taken on record while copy thereof is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned AAG states that in view of legal impediment to the finalization of the selection having come to an end and in view of the aforementioned order/communication being place on record, the contempt petition is liable to be disposed of by granting time to the respondents to comply with the order of this Court which could not be complied with earlier due to circumstances beyond the control of the respondents. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the contempt petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.08.2014 in SWP No. 2187/2009 within a period of four weeks’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Needless to mention, in case needful is not done within the stipulated period of time, it would be open to the petitioner to move an application to revive the instant contempt petition. 5. Contempt petition is disposed of.
