JUDGMENT : Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents waive service. 2. It is not disputed that the facts in the present petition are identical to the facts in Writ Petitions No. 194, 195, 196 & 197 of 2017. For the reasons stated in the order dated 22/02/2017 in the said Writ Petitions No. 194, 195, 196 & 197 of 2017, we dispose off the above Writ Petition by keeping the subject demolition order dated 8/02/2017 in abeyance for a period of four weeks from today. Needless to say, all contentions of the petitioner are left open. The petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to move the concerned Authority, where the proceedings are stated to be pending and/or before the Civil Court to obtain expeditious disposal of any previous proceedings. Parties to act on the authenticated of the order.
