ORDER : Dr. K.P. Kylasanatha Pillay, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to any other remedy available to them in law. Permission, as sought for, is granted. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
