ORDER : Permission to appear and argue in person is granted. 2. Heard the petitioner-in-person. 3. We do not entertain this special leave petition as we find no merit in it. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with the expression "junior" appearing in Rule 2 of Order 4 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, it will be open for him to file a representation [before the Supreme Court Registry] on the administrative side. 4. The special leave petition is disposed of in the above terms.
