JUDGMENT : 1. Petitioner, who is temporarily working as Tehsildar, had submitted a representation (Annexure-D) dated 12.06.2017 to respondent No.1 for adjustment in District Jammu on account of the ailment of his wife as also in view of his retiring on attaining superannuation on 31.12.2017. 2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the representation has not been decided so far and that in the circumstances, the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure-D) dated 12.06.2017 in accordance with the rules and regulations application as expeditiously as possible. 3. Notice of motion to respondent No.1 only. Mr. Mirza, learned Dy.A.G. accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and states that he has objection to the limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure-D) dated 12.06.2017 in accordance with the rules and regulations application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date, certified copy of this order is submitted to respondent No.1 alongwith representation (Annexure-D) dated 12.06.2017. 5. With the aforementioned directions writ petition alongwith connected MP is disposed of.
