ORDER : Learned Government Advocate to accept notice for respondents No.1 to 3. He is permitted to file memo of appearance in four weeks. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking issue of direction to the respondents to consider the representation at Annexures–‘D’. The petitioner is seeking payment of the balance amount to the petitioner-Institution at Rs.27,025/- in respect of each of the students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes category. 3. The petitioner claims that it is an institution which had been entrusted with the training of candidates belonging to SC/ST students for the B.Ed., course. In that regard, the petitioner is stated to have submitted the bills for payment, since the respondents have paid only a sum of Rs.9,975/- and the petitioner contends that a further sum is due from the respondents to the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation seeking payment thereof. A similar issue had arisen for consideration before this Court in W.P.Nos.30007-30008/2016, which was disposed on 20.06.2016. This Court in the said writ petitions had directed the respondents to take note of the representations and consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months. However, no opinion on the claim has been expressed by this Court. 3. In that view of the matter, in the instant case also, without expressing any opinion with regard to the quantum of the amount and the claim as put forth by the petitioner, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation and intimate the result of the consideration to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date on which a copy of this order along with the copies of the representation is submitted to respondent No.3. Needless to mention, if the consideration is that the amount is due and payable to the petitioner, steps in that regard shall be taken thereafter. In terms of the above, the petition stands disposed of.
