It is found that despite adequate opportunities, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant and the first respondent on record. In such view of this matter, there is no purpose in keeping this second appeal further pending. Resultantly, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
