JUDGMENT : A. Selvam, J. 1. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order dated 30.01.2017, passed in H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2014, by the Family Court, Villupuram. 2. The respondent herein, as petitioner, has filed H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2014, on the file of the trial Court, under Section 13(1)(ia)&(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, wherein it is prayed to dissolve the marriage dated 03.06.1990 held between the petitioner and respondent, by way of granting a decree of divorce. 3. The trial Court, after considering the available evidence on record, has allowed the petition and thereby dissolved the marriage dated 03.06.1990, by way of passing the impugned order and the same is being challenged in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, by the respondent as appellant. 4. During pendency of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.992 of 2017, the same has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center, wherein, both the appellant and respondent have effected compromise and to that effect a joint compromise memo is filed. 5. Considering the fact that in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.992 of 2017, compromise has been effected between parties through Mediation and Conciliation Center and to that effect, a memo has been filed, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. In fine, this Civil Miscellaneous appeal is disposed of in pursuance of compromise entered into between the parties. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree.
