JUDGMENT : 1. At the very outset, learned counsel states that representation Annexure E dated 27.06.2017 has been filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, but that no decision has been taken in respect thereto till date and that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation Annexure E dated 27.06.2017 in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable. 2. Notice of motion to respondent No.2 only. Mr. Vishal Bharti learned Dy.AG accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2 and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioner. 3. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation Annexure E dated 27.06.2017 sympathetically in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable and to pass orders as may be warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date certified copy of this order along with representation Annexure E dated 27.06.2017 is submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2. 4. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of along with connected MPs.
