ORDER : 1. Mr. Ehsan Mirza learned Dy.AG states that despite communication from the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu i.e Annexure A dated 27.12.2016 to the Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Public Works Department, Secretary to Government, PHE, I&FC Department and Secretary to Government, Tourism, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, no response has been received from the aforementioned officers resulting in Divisional Commissioner, Jammu being unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.12.2016. 2. Learned Dy.AG states that in the absence of response from the aforementioned officers, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu cannot submit compliance report in terms of order of this Court dated 14.12.2016. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the circumstances, non-filing of response by the aforementioned officers tantamount to non compliance with the order of this Court dated 14.12.2016, therefore, the said officers are liable to be proceeded with under the Contempt of Courts Act. 4. Faced with the aforementioned situation, learned Dy.AG requests for one more opportunity to take up the matter with the concerned officers in order to ensure compliance with the order of this Court dated 14.12.2016. 5. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 3rd week of September, 2017. 6. Copy of this order be supplied to learned Dy.AG under the seal and signatures of Reader of this Court.
