JUDGMENT : 1 Learned counsel states that the petitioner is eligible to be granted the benefit of Circular No.PHEJ/20094-2013 dated 18.03.1993 read with its modification issued vide order No. PHEJ/3417-37 dated 11.06.1993 by placing the petitioner in the higher grade, but despite representation, the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefits in terms of the aforementioned circulars. Learned counsel further states that identically situated persons had filed writ petitions which were disposed of by the High Court vide orders Annexure B-1 and C by directing the respondents therein to accord consideration to the cases of the petitioners therein in case the aforementioned circulars were applicable and to pass appropriate orders. 2. Learned counsel states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner. 3. Notice of motion to respondent No.2 only. Mr. R.S.Jamwal learned Dy.AG accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation to respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. On receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order, respondent No.2 would consider and decide the representation in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months thereafter. 5. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of.
