ORDER : Placement of Senior Assistants as Incharge Head Assistants was ordered vide order Annexure B dated 16.08.2014. Petitioner challenged the said order by way of SWP No.2372/2014 on the ground that persons junior to the petitioner were being placed as Incharge Head Assistants. A coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.09.2014 stayed the operation of order Annexure B dated 16.08.2014. 2. Grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that as per final seniority list Annexure C dated 02.12.2016, his date of promotion as Senior Assistant is recorded as 7th February, 2017. However, vide order Annexure D dated 14.06.2017, upon the placement of Junior Assistants as Incharge Senior Assistants, In-charge Senior Assistants including the petitioner have been adjusted/posted. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner is not holding the post of Incharge Senior Assistant, but Senior Assistant in the grade of Head Assistant, therefore, order Annexure D dated 14.06.2017, has the effect of requiring the petitioner to work on the post of Jr. Assistant. 3. Notice of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr. R.S.Jamwal learned Dy.AG accepts notice and seeks time to file objections. 4. List in the 2nd week of August, 2017. 5. Objections, if any be filed in the meantime with copy in advance to learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In the meantime, till the next date before the Bench and subject to objections by the other side, in case order Annexure D dated 14.06.2017 has not already been acted upon, the same shall be kept in abeyance insofar as it pertains to the petitioner.
