This is the first bail application filed by the applicant-accused under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Coe for grant of bail who is in custody since 10-3-2017 in connection with Crime No. 115/17 registered at Police Station Amarpatan, District Satna, for the offence under section 3/4 of the M.P. Recognized Examination Act, 1982. 3. Having considered the facts that the applicant is in custody since 10-3-2017. His further custody is not required for the purpose of investigation. Trial will take time. Offence is not punishable for more than 3 years imprisonment. This application is allowed and it is ordered that the applicant-accused Ramroop Singoroul be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court for securing his presence before the said Court on all the dates of hearing fixed in this regard during trial and for complying with the conditions enumerated in sub-section (3) of section 437 of Criminal Procedure Coe.
