JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Sunil Sethi learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Ravi Dogra Advocate states that he does not press the other reliefs prayed for in the writ petition and would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners who are Deputy Managers (Civil) for promotion to the post of Managers (Civil) in accordance with rules and regulations applicable. 2. Learned counsel representing the respondents states that they have no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioners. 3. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners who are Deputy Managers (Civil) for promotion to the post of Managers (Civil) w.e.f the date the vacancies exist and the petitioners were eligible as per rules to be considered for promotion, in accordance with rules and regulations applicable and seniority list as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. Interim directions, if any, stands vacated. 5. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of.
