ORDER : VRS, J. The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging a clarification issued by this Court and a consequential order of repatriation. 2. Heard Mrs. K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3. The petitioners herein were originally appointed as Steno Typists, respectively on 18.06.1990, 18.06.1990 and 08.04.1991. They were promoted to the post of Senior Assistant on 26.11.2012. But after the issue of G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 08.08.2013, they were redesignated as Stenographers Grade-III w.e.f. 01.04.2003 and were granted upgradation to Grade-II and Grade-I by order dated 14.02.2014, but with retrospective effect. 4. However, after a clarification issued by the Registry of this Court, they were repatriated to the post of Senior Assistant, forcing them to come up with the above writ petition. 5. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of a Bench of this Court in W.P.No.12680 of 2015. Therefore, following the same, this writ petition is also allowed. The orders of repatriation and the consequential orders are set aside. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
