JUDGMENT : This application has been filed by the claimants-respondents in February, 2011 for releasing the balance amount of the compensation for performing the marriage of his daughter. Since the marriage has already been performed in March, 2011, I do not see any justification to pass any order for releasing further amount at this stage. In view of the above, the application is, accordingly, dismissed.
