JUDGMENT : 1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as made in the writ petition in the light of observations made in SWP No.1257/2002 vide order dated 11.12.2015 and SWP No.1668/2016 vide order dated 12.08.201. 2. Notice of motion. Mr. W.S.Nargal learned Sr. AAG accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioner. 3. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of observations made in SWP No.1257/2002 vide order dated 11.12.2015 and SWP No.1668/2016 vide order dated 12.08.201. Requisite orders in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable and the aforementioned judgments, provided the same are applicable as warranted in the facts of the case, be passed within a period of six weeks from the date certified copy of order is served on the respondents. 4. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of. 5. Copy of order be supplied to learned Sr. AAG under the seal and signatures of Reader of this Court.
