ORDER : 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsels for the parties. 3. The accused-appellant who is facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code is in custody since 18.08.2013. The main witnesses have been examined and co-accused have been released on bail. 4. Having regard to the above and the period of custody suffered by the accused-appellant and the period likely to be taken for conclusion of the trial, we are of the view that the accused-appellant should be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal, U.P. in connection with Criminal Case No.215 of 2013, P.S. Asmauli, District Sambhal, U.P. We order accordingly. 5. The learned trial Court is free to impose all such conditions as it may deem fit. 6. The order of the High Court is set aside and the appeal is allowed.
