JUDGMENT : 1. The case of the petitioner is that she is serving as Master in the Education Department. She was relieved and directed to report to Government Middle School Kaloha, Samba vide order dated 14th February, 2015 issued purportedly in pursuance of Government Order No. 08-Edu of 2015 dated 15th January, 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner’s case was not covered under the aforesaid Government Order, she, therefore, approached this Court by way of writ petition bearing SWP No. 1304/2015, which was disposed of by this Court on 05th May, 2015 and a direction was issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner on the basis of the documents attached with the petition. 2. In terms of the aforesaid order, the matter was considered and, accordingly, the petitioner was adjusted in Higher Secondary School, Paloura. Since then, she has been serving in Higher Secondary School, Paloura, but her salary has not been released since January, 2015. The petitioner also claims to have filed a detailed representation before the respondent No. 2 for release of her salary, but no decision thereon has been taken by the respondent No. 2 so far. Confronted with the aforesaid position, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that he would not be opposed to a direction being issued to the respondent No. 2 to consider the aforesaid representation and release the salary of the petitioner for the period she has performed her duties. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, is admitted and is taken up for final consideration. Accordingly, it is directed that respondent No. 2 shall consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08th June, 2017 and release the salary of the petitioner for the period she has worked. 4. Needless to say that the decision with regard to the release of salary in favour of the petitioner shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date, certified copy of this order is served upon the respondent No. 2. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of alongwith connected MPs.
