JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an application preferred by the complainant for sending the matter to the police for registering the FIR under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. was allowed by the learned Special Judge, (ACB), Ranchi cum J.C.-II, Ranchi on 27.8.2016. Earlier on consideration of the preliminary reports submitted by the Anti Corruption Bureau, it was directed to institute an FIR against 11 accused persons excluding Ex-Health Minister, State of Jharkhand and the petitioner. It has been submitted that in spite of specific direction by the learned Special Judge(Vigilance), Ranchi, FIR has been instituted only against 11 persons as well as the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 14.9.2016, passed in W.P.(Cr) No. 268 of 2016, which is with respect to four named accused persons, against whom, order has been passed of no coercive steps. 2. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for O.P. No. 2, is directed to bring on record the progress of the investigation in a sealed cover before this Court within a period of two weeks. 3. List this case after two weeks under the heading "For Orders" along with W.P.(Cr) No. 268 of 2016. 4. Until further orders, there shall be no coercive steps against the petitioner in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 dated 7.9.2016 (Vigilance Case No. 66 of 2016) pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance (A.C.B.), Ranchi.
