ORDER : This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer that the police authorities be directed to conduct fair investigation in the FIR No.99/2014 of Police Station Karwar, District Jodhpur. 2. The criminal misc. petition was presented before this Court on 14.1.2016 and the office has pointed out as many as 15 defects, out of which, 8 defects (Defect Nos.1 to 7 and 15) have not been cured till date. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report, wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR has already filed charge-sheet in the court concerned. 4. In view of the factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed. 5. Stay petition is also dismissed. 6. The factual report dated 9.8.2016 be taken on record.
