ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor on bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2. In the instant case, petitioner is arrested in connection with FIR No.75/2016 of Bilara Police Station, District Jodhpur for offences punishable under Sections 323, 327, 386, 397 & 395 IPC. At present, Sessions Case No.111/2016 is pending against him. 3. Petitioner made endeavour for seeking bail before learned Sessions Judge, Jodhpur District, Jodhpur (for short, ‘learned trial Court’), but the same is declined vide order dated 21.09.2016. Learned trial Court has taken note of the fact that besides the present case, nine other cases are also registered against the petitioner under different Sections of IPC. Taking into account the fact that petitioner is in habit of committing crimes, learned trial Court has declined his bail plea. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I don’t feel inclined to accede to the prayer of petitioner for grant of bail. 5. Consequently, the bail application is rejected.
